| Description | The intent of this invitation for bids is to establish a source or sources for Traffic Signal Heads & Components for Maricopa County Department of Transportation as specifically listed herein. Task orders and or quote requests will be issued to awarded vendor/s prior to purchases. Pricing for bid line items to be input directly into the Periscope system. Bids must be signed by an owner, partner or corporate official who has been authorized to make such commitments. All prices shall be held firm for the initial term of the Contract unless authorized in writing by the Office of Procurement Services. NOTE-If attending non-mandatory pre-bid meeting, see information in solicitation for calling in or to access via TEAMS. Contract duration: 1 year Contract renewal: 5 annual renewals |
