Description

Design an iconic Downtown Civic Center Building and Plaza, which will be located on the southeast corner of Main Street and Clark Avenue, across from Las Vegas City Hall. The project will consist of one building situated along Main Street, which will house City functions. A portion of the south side of the site will be left vacant for a future building. The remainder of the site will be used to construct a Downtown Civic Plaza that will tie the new building together with Las Vegas City Hall to the north and the Las Vegas Municipal Courthouse to the East.
