Summit County, Ohio Notice Text LEGAL NOTICE Sealed bids will be received until (12:00 pm) on Tuesday, August 23, 2022 at the office of the Treasurer of the Summit Educational Service Center, 420 Washington Avenue, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio 44221, at which time and place they will be opened publicly and read aloud for: Summit Educational Service Center, Roof Replacement Project. Any proposals submitted after that time will be disqualified and returned. All proposals shall be submitted in triplicate on the provided forms, sealed and marked plainly on the outside envelope: Summit Educational Services Center, Roof Replacement Project. The Construction Documents (Project Manual and Plans) will be available from SE Blueprint at www.plancycle.com. All costs will be at the bidder s expense and is nonrefundable. No bid shall be considered unless submitted using forms furnished with the Construction Documents. A pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, August 16, 2022 at Summit Educational Service Center, 420 Washington Avenue, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221. Construction Estimate: $696,000.00 All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the form of either a Bid Guaranty & Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid (including all add alternates) or a certified check, cashier s check or an irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to 10% of the bid (including all add alternates) No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the bid opening. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities, irregularities and/or errors in the bids to the extent permitted by law.
