Water Treatment Plant

As of August 15, 2022, no bids received. No definite date for the rebid. Construction of an intake facility, treatment building and components related to a proposed water treatment plant. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding and make awards to the Owners best interest, MBE (1%), WBE (4%) Bid Schedule A: Construct a new intake facility with a building, concrete work, piping, valves, fittings, pumps, electrical work, site grading, bank stabilization and intake structure in the Missouri River. Construct a new water treatment plant with equipment that has been procured and will be assigned to the Contract. The plant building will be a pre-engineered steel building with concrete, finishes and related items. Multiple items will need to be removed and disposed of throughout the site to prepare for the construction area. Site grading with topsoil removal, replacement and hydraulically applied seeding/mulch, cut and fill, and sloping the surface is required. Reconstruction of the street adjacent to the plant is required along with a new gravel access road to the intake facility. The necessary piping, valves, fittings, connections and related items are to be furnished and installed to construct the process system. Site piping, manholes, valves, fittings and connections shall be furnished and installed throughout the project area for raw water supply to the plant, finished water supply to the distribution system, drain piping back to the river and other related items. A 120,000-gallon ground storage tank shall be furnished and installed with concrete floor and footings, pipe, drain tile system, insulation system and related items. The plant building construction includes plumbing with under-floor process piping, electrical work with automatic stand-by generator, HVAC system, and related items. The Work will be substantially complete on or before December 1, 2023;General Conditions within 30 days of the Date of Substantial Completion.
