Description Building 2496 is a medical clinic that receives a high number of patients that arrive walking. Currently, there is no appropriate walkway system which prevents pedestrians from walking on the street. A new sidewalk shall be installed along Chaffee Road from JEB Stuart to Building 2496 to alleviate this safety issue.
