Reconstruction of 46th Avenue, including replacement of a bridge at the CDID cutoff slough to a culvert, and replacement of water and sewer main lines, if needed. As of October 10, 2022, this project is included in the City of Longview FY 2021-2025 CIP and funding is allocated for 2021 and 2022. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
