| Description | For the cleaning and waterproofing of the exterior brick and block at 63rd District Court, 1950 E Beltline Ave Ne, Grand Rapids MI 49525 • Power wash brick and block surfaces • Apply block sealer - (2) coats MasterProtect H185 Clear or equivalent or better product. If the H185 is not appropriate for the brick portion of the building, we are looking for a proper equivalent product. • Cover windows when applying sealant • Pictures and the dimensions for both the brick and block areas can be seen in Exhibit A attached. • Work can be performed during regular business hours with a few exceptions. The schedule would need to be approved by the Facilities Management Department prior to starting the project. |
