The Attention of Bidders Is Directed to the Provisions Covering Subletting or Assigning the Contract to Section 108-prosecution and Completion of the New Jersey Department of Transportation Standard Specifications. The Entire Work Is to Be Completed on or Before the Estimated Completion Date.
