DPW Engineering/Maintenance Shop

Constructing an Engineering Housing Maintenance Building approximately 5,000 SF to accommodate the staff and equipment used to maintain and support the existing Regional Training Institute (RTI) and Centennial Training Site (CTS). Construction of the building shall be a pre-engineered metal building with metal paneling. This building will house shops, maintenance storage, grounds equipment storage and administrative areas, workstations for maintenance staff, break room/conference room, restrooms, and offices. The building will not have vehicle maintenance conducted in shops or bays only maintenance on site will be for grounds equipment such as lawn mowers, snow blowers, weed whackers, etc. Other notable items include an EV charging area and a dust collection system. A compressor system is will service the entire building, with various points of connection in the bays and the shop area. Work Bays will have overhead doors with pull thru capability.
