Replacement of Walk in Freezers Refrigeration Equipment at the Food Services Production Center

Replacement of Walk In Freezers Refrigeration Equipment: 1. Remove existing old evaporator fan coils and outdoor condensers including full recovery, remove to trash. 2. Provide and install two (2) new Bally BESA 150 L8 HT3DC Outdoor 15.0 HP S/H low temp 63400BTU@-20 suction 95F. 3. To provide and install two (2) new electronic phase/voltage monitor. 4. To provide and install four (4) new BEP038LE –S2D extended profile SmartVap plus evaporator. 5. To provide and install refrigeration piping for above units, piping to include copper pipe and fittings, support, torch and solder, vacuum pump, nitrogen to leak test and freon to charge unit. Seal all wall penetrations. 6. Provide all new line sets, drains with heat tape, insulation, hanging materials. 7. Provide re hook up of existing electric as needed. 8. Provide and install separate electrical disconnect for each system. 9. Provide crane for rigging condensers and setting in place where old ones set in loading dock area. 10. Need articulating lift for running new line sets outside, up the wall. 11. Provide Permits, PE stamped drawings and handle all City permits. 12. Provide one (1) year warranty on above workmanship and manufacturers warranty, including one (1) year parts, five (5) year compressor warranty.
