Provide MTA Bus Facilities Maintenance and operation support with procuring, and adding electric and parts to 13 existing overhead doors for building 4 for the restoration project for the MTA. 1. Thirteen (13) Liftmaster Model H753L5R ¾ HP 208V 3P industrial duty hoist operator. Special features: logic 5.0 control board, floor-level chain hoist with electrical interlock for emergency manual door operation, high-starting torque, continuous-duty motor with overload protection, heavy-duty 5L B-Belt, 3-button control station, CPS-U vehicle detection device, industrial ball bearings on output shaft, Posilock mechanical holding brake, prewired to accept sensing devices, external radio-control terminals, fully adjustable linear-driven limit mechanism, NEMA-1 type electrical enclosure, adjustable-friction clutch, efficient VBelt primary drive, chain/sprocket secondary, #50 drive chain, baked-on high-durability black powdercoat finish, door speed approx.. 8-9 inches per second. CPS-RPEN4 photo eye, N4, 1-sided, monitored. 2. Motor parts: Pneumatic 14’ sensing edge w/2-wired take up reel 3. Motor parts: Pushbutton station- NEMA 4 Open-Close-Stop surface mounted 4. Motor Parts: SSC #204C Pair adjustable spreader arm w/1” shaft collars 5. Electrical Work: Run new power conduit to electric operator from customer-provided disconnect. Run control wiring to safety edge, photo eye and pushbutton.
