| Description | Suppliers are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c.127 (N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27). The requirements are made a part of the quote specifications. The contract period shall commence on September 14, 2022 and terminate on August 31, 2023. The quoted price must be held for the entire contract period. The Hamilton Township Municipal Utilities Authority reserves the right to accept any and all quotes, and to waive informalities in quotes received. |
