Description

The Sector Detroit admin building has experienced severl water leaks seeming to enter via the window fixtures. Prior efforts to correct this issue has been unsuccessfull. Contractor is to conduct a water intrusion test on windows and surrounding area to determin point of entry for the water coming into the building. To remain cost effective this test shall be limited to one set of windows. The location to be tested is the 2nd floor North/East parking lot side. These window are for the PERS office and have leaked several times in the past.
