| Description | Washington ES HVAC Replacement Work to include the replacement of the existing rooftop units for the Cafeteria and Media Center. Work associated with the rooftop replacements include the demolition of existing ACT and gypsum ceilings, and translucent wall panels as well as the installation of new structural column and concrete footing, ACT ceilings, LVT plank flooring, LED light fixtures, exposed painted ductwork, curb adaptors, and roof modifications. There is a separate fire alarm replacement project at this facility that is scheduled concurrently with this project and it shall be the responsibility of both lead contractors to coordinate their project and work schedules, including the work schedules of the subcontractors, with each other.
