Description

DFCM Construction-VBS CMGC Services-State Office Building, Taylorsville, Utah. There are two buildings on this campus with an adjoining sky bridge between them. The first (main) building is approx. 296,787 sf. with 88,287 sf. on the first floor (including cafeteria) and 69,500 sf. on floors 2 through 4 respectively. The second building (annex) is a 2 story building of approximately 99,000 sf. This project will consist of several phases and scheduled move dates in order to relocate State agencies to the remodeled building.
