York Chiller for Brown Center

Scope: The project includes qualified contractor to provide all labor, tools, and equipment for the demo and installation of a new 75 ton air cooled chiller in Brown Hall. The contractor will need to provide line voltage wiring per code, and start-up and commissioning of the new chiller unit. The contractor will also be responsible for connecting and commissioning BACNet card with current ALC controls. The new air cooled chiller will need to meet and include the following specs: BACNet Card; Low Ambient Kit; Steel Water Piping with 1.5" Insulation, Supports per Code, and Metal Jacket on Insulation: P-T Ports on Water Piping: Rental Chiller Taps Installed - Must Have Valves Installed on Both Sides of the "T"; Minimum 4" off Existing Chiller Pad with Rubber Isolation Between Supports and Chiller Rails: Written Factory Warranty; Temperature and Liquid Filled Pressure Gauges; Phase Loss Monitor; 120 VAC Power Outlet in Control Panel; Inlet Strainer; Heat DisperNion Flow Sensor: Recovered R-22 Left on Jobsite.
