| Description | 1. The contractor shall furnish labor, equipment and transportation necessary for plastering and painting dwelling unit interiors in order to prepare vacant units for occupancy on an as needed basis, throughout City of Pittsburgh Housing Authority Northview Community. 2. The work to be done includes the complete plastering and painting of the apartment units as outline in these specifications. 3. The contractor is required to make a visual inspection of each unit. 4. HACP shall issue work orders for all work assignments. 5. Completion times shall be established prior to the issuance of the work orders. 6. The work to be done includes all labor, equipment and services necessary to provide plaster repair and apply all paints, varnishes, coatings or other related materials. |
