All required prequalification statements and documents shall be filed with the Contractual Services Management Section at least four weeks prior to the date of opening bids. A Bid Bond is required in accordance with Article 102-10 of the 2018 NCDOT Standard Specifications. Contract Payment and Performance Bonds are required.
