MCCH - HVAC Replacement AHU #28

Remove the existing air handler unit 28 on the 11 th Floor of the MCCH and replac with Trane, or PBC approved equal. a. Upgrade the current pneumatic controllers in the rooms to digital controllers. An upgrades have to be compatible with existing Siemens system. b. Provide new chilled water valve on return side. c. Provide new return, supply and fresh air damper actuators. d. Replace all sensors (C02, relative humidity, return temperature/humidity, supplair temp, chilled water temp both in and out, static pressure in the duct, water flooshut down, mixed air temp). e. New thermometers on supply/return chilled water lines. f. Duct cleaning is required to be completed 100 feet in length from the AHU on bot the supply and return ducts. g. Provide and install a new VFD for AHU28 (Yaskawa, ABB or approved equal). h. DDC Controls:
