Monroe Street Improvements and Midland Avenue Curb and Sidewalk Improvements

Monroe Street: Milling and resurfacing of Monroe street from River Drive to Midland Avenue including the installation and/or replacement of curbs, sidewalks, driveways, ADA curb ramps, curb pieces, and other incidentals. The project also includes the removal of existing railroad tracks on Monroe Street. Midland Avenue: Replacement of curbs and sidewalks on Midland Avenue from Outwater Lane to Elizabeth Street. The project also includes installation and/or replacement of driveways, ADA curb ramps, bicycle safe grates, curb pieces, and other incidentals. Principal items of work in the project include: · 1,565 TON Hot Mix Asphalt 12.5M64 Surface Course · 1,990 S.Y. Concrete Sidewalk, 4" Thick · 4,270 L.F. 9" x 18" Concrete Vertical Curb The work contemplated under this Contract shall be completed within 60 days of authorization to proceed.
