| Description | It is the intent of Charlotte County to secure the services of a Professional Mangrove Trimmer to provide all labor for the mangrove alteration and removal of new juvenile mangroves in the five (5) fishing access areas. The work specified herein shall consist of furnishing all materials, equipment, labor and operations necessary to compete the work as indicated in the permit and specifications attached herein.
