Black Point Marina - Dock Reconstruction

Furnish all labor and materials required for the construction of a 13-slip docking facility with access walkways at 24775 SW 87th Ave., Homestead, Florida at Black Point Park and Marina. The scope includes, but is not limited to demolition work, removal of the existing dock remnants, installation of 322 linear feet of riprap extending eight feet water ward of the existing curb. Maintenance dredging of approximately 79 cubic yards of accumulated sediment and disposal to a Class I landfill. Trimming of white mangroves lateral branches to accommodate the construction of the access walkways. Sediment sampling report is hereby included for proper handling and disposal of sediments. Contractor shall take all necessary precautions as to not damage the existing pavers on the roadway. Any damages to the paver shall be repair to equal or better conditions than existed before construction.
