| Description | furnishing of labor, asphalt, and aggregate required for the resurfacing and repairing of Amanda Township roads for the year 2023. Bids are to be submitted on a basis of unit cost of materials applied. The Board of Amanda Township Trustees reserve the right to reject any and all bids. Bids may be mailed or delivered in advance. Each bid must contain the full name of every person or company interested in said bid and must be accompanied by a bond or certified check drawn on a solvent bank on the State of Ohio in the sum of ten (10%) percent of the total bid, as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into and a performance bond properly secured. |
