ATRIA Senior Living Main Building and Maintenance Building roof & gutter renovation. CONTRACTOR shall remove and replace existing composition shingles, flat roofs, and guttering; contractor furnishes all materials, labor, and equipment. The contractor will use their own field measurements of total roofing and materials to fully re-roof the facility.
