Repair Building Envelope and Interior Infrastructure Control Tower at Facility 381

Task Order - MUHJ 17-4069 for Repair Building Envelope and Interior Infrastructure Control Tower, Facility 381: project is to inspect and survey the current exterior insulation stucco system, windows, roof, HVAC and electrical systems, and interior finishes of the Control Tower (Facility. 381), and provide a design (to include (but not limited to) modifying, or replacing the exterior insulation and finish system, windows, roof system, HVAC and faulty electrical system components to eliminate moisture penetration and associated moisture damage to the interior finishes and prevent unscheduled power outages that have been occurring on 2nd thru 4th floors. During the course of the project, shower rooms were added to the project, drainage improvements around the base of the tower, an entry vestibule, and provision of a new power feed both to the tower and to Bldg. 376, which had originally been sub-fed from the Control Tower. The design and repair efforts shall be in accordance and compliance with all latest UFCs, ETL, and Air Force Standards.
