Seguin Remediation/Repair Project

Requirement Title: Seguin Remediation/Repair Project Location: DR 4432/4586 Seguin Auxiliary Airfield, Auxiliary Airport Road (Guadalupe County) and Texas State Highway 90. Brief Description of Work: The contractor shall provide all supervision, materials, labor, permits, licenses, designs, and equipment necessary for repairs identified in Statement of Work (SOW) (Attachment 1) for Seguin Airfield and Texas State Highway 90. The expected magnitude of construction requirement is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The Government anticipates awarding one Firm-Fixed-Priced Contract to a responsive/responsible contractor. In Accordance With (IAW) Federal Acquisitions Regulation (FAR) Subpart 26-201 Local Set-Aside, this solicitation is set-aside for small businesses in the counties affected by DR-4586, TX. (See Attachment 2) One (1) Site Visit is scheduled for 22 April 2022 to view each area associated with work identified in the SOW. Contractor's attendance at site visit is mandatory for contract award. Site visit attendance is optional for contractors that attended the site visit conducted on 26 Jan 2022 for RFI: (DR4586TX Remediation). Interested parties shall send their RSVP to wendell.crittenden@fema.dhs.gov NLT 5PM (EST) 19 April 2022. (See Attachment 3 for instructions) A Bid Guarantee is required for this solicitation and is 20% of the total price or $3M, whichever is less. (See Attachment 4) The contractor shall, at the contractor's expense perform all work to obtain the necessary payment and performance bonds, permitting and licensing, pay Gross Revenue Tax, demolish and transport material as required in the performance of work identified in the SOW.
