Description

The work to be performed under this project consists of providing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for the replacement of the chiller at the Spring Lake Library. Scope of work includes providing: 1. Demolition and removal of existing Carrier chiller 2. Disconnect existing electrical 3. Re-use existing concrete pad 4. Provide and install 30 Ton chiller 5. Reconnect electrical 6. Provide insulation and heat tracing systems on all new pipe and equipment to match existing 7. Tie into existing controls. 8. Provide operation and maintenance manuals for new chiller.
