Mirabito Stadium Phase 2 PDL Improvements - Plumbing

The work involves Home and Visitor Clubhouse Modifications and Right Field Batting Cage Building Addition(s). Note: This is a Prevailing Wage Project. The Prime Contract Bid Packages are: Bid Package "GC"--General Construction Bid Package "M"--Mechanical Bid Package "P"--Plumbing Bid Package "E"--Electrical No proposal will be considered unless it is accompanied by a notarized bid guaranty which shall not be less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid for the total work contemplated to be done. At the option of the bidder, the guaranty may be a certified check, bank draft, negotiable US Government bonds (at par value), or a bid bond approved by the Corporation Counsel. Certified check or bank draft must be payable to the order of the City of Binghamton. Cash deposits will not be accepted. The bid guaranty shall insure the execution of the agreement and the furnishing of the surety bond or bonds by the successful bidder, all as required by the contract documents. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to award the contract in the best interests of the City of Binghamton, New York.
