Description

XL Construction has been awarded the UC Berkeley Bechtel Engineering Center project, a student services building, to renovate the existing two-story cast-in-place concrete building and add a two-story addition on top. The addition will be approximately 36,000sf and the renovation approximately 15,000sf. The buildout will include offices, meeting and assembly spaces, lounges, classrooms, a café, and roof terraces.
