Convenience Site Improvements

Infrastructure improvements to Dorchester County Convenience Sites. The County will be bidding out fourteen (14) Dorchester County Convenience sites. This bid is requesting proposals to provide infrastructure improvements for five (5) of those sites. Ridgeville Site Campbell Thicket Road Ridgeville, SC Rosinville Site Deep Woods Road St George, SC Oakbrook Site 235 Old Fort Drive Summerville, SC Dorchester Site Limehouse Road Dorchester, SC Geddisville Site 467 Geddisville Road Adams Run, SC Dorchester County is improving the Ridgeville Convenience Site located at 258 Campbell Thicket Road, Ridgeville, SC. The work shall include removal of the existing employee building, installation of a new 8’x12’ wooden employee building and sanitary sewer holding tank, abandoning and removal of an existing water well and installation of a new water well on the site in a weather-resistant enclosure, and utility line installation (including flushing of water lines).
