| Description | Work to be performed may include, but is not limited to, the breakdown, movement, reinstall, testing, repair and/or replacement, and certification of the Radar Approach Control (RAPCON) systems and consoles as well as minor construction incidental to the fitting and installation of the systems in the new facility. This may also include furnishing, installation, termination and testing of 72-strand single-mode F/O cable from Bldg. 216 to Bldg. 1285. Terminate all strands using SC connectors. This installation should be able to utilize existing manhole/duct system, which will have to be validated. Approximate distance is 2.25 miles. | ||||
