Description

Consultant to create Design Guidelines as they relate to land planning; site planning; and commercial (including retail, office, and industrial) architecture. The goal of the Design Guidelines is to enhance the Town’s standards for design to continue to support the positive design characteristics with the Town while balancing the economic viability of development. The Design Guidelines should also support the general goals of the 2040 Comprehensive Plan’s Future Land Use Element (FLUE), Land Development Regulations, and relevant design elements expressed in the Town’s Strategic Vision Plan 2040 (Vision Plan). The scope of work identifies work necessary to complete comprehensive Town of Orange Park Townwide Design Guidelines.
