Description | The work of this single bid project includes the refurbishing four (4) elevator cars and components consisting of but not limited to ropes, motors, controllers, hoists and fixtures. Provide HVAC, and electrical to accommodate refurbishment. Replace roof on penthouse for cars 7 & 8, along with doors on two mechanical rooms and internal handrails. Repair water damage inside penthouse. All bidders must present evidence of skill, experience and financial qualifications per Information to Bidders, Section 7 of the project specs. Subcontracting is permitted (Section 2.18 of SUCF Agreement). Principal subcontractors must be named within 48 hrs after bid opening per Information for Bidders Section 8. Bidders must submit within 48 hrs either certification of its NYS VendRep questionnaire (preferred) or a signed and notarized paper CCA2 form (Version 9/13 only), Attachments A, B, and C, Appendix A form, work descriptions, and preliminary project schedule.
