Description

The National Forest in Alabama, Shoal Creek Ranger District has a requirement for the construction of 1 Drinking Water Well. The project includes the drilling of an engineered commercial well at a depth not to exceed 350 feet, and all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, permits, transportation and supervision that provide an adequate water supply of 20 gallons per minute (minimum) in accordance with Alabama Department of Environmental Management, Water Well Standards, Division 335-9. The new drinking water well shall be connected to the existing water distribution system by means of a manual control valve to all ow the new well to be switched from the existing well to the new water well. The resultant contract will be firm fixed priced contract issued to one contractor.
