COA Manhole and Line Repair Program

The scope of work is for 2020 manhole and sewer line repairs within Subarea 1 as shown on the contract drawings. This includes approximately 616 linear feet of select sewer line replacement at multiple locations, varying types of repairs on 103 manholes, and all necessary appurtenances and restoration for said construction. The individual manhole repairs vary and may include locating and opening manholes, pressure grouting, pouring of new bench, removal of roots, resealing, parging, and riser, frame, or cone replacement. As add-alternate costs, contractors may opt to provide a bid on year 2021 (Subarea 2) and 2022 (Subarea 3) construction areas that are included in the package. The type of sewer line and manhole work is the same as the 2020 repairs.
