Description

The purpose of this effort is to bring our server room to a proper operational temperature for the computers to operate at full spec, and extend the longevity of our system. The scope of this effort includes a full installation of a mini split HVAC system in our server room. 1. Install mini split hvac system, system designed to heat down to -15 degree and cool down to -5 degree outdoor temperature. 2. Mount indoor head unit in server room on east wall. Route piping above drop ceiling, conceal exterior piping in linehide. Install condenser mounted on exterior of west wall. 3. Discharge condensate into utility sink in mechanical room, or route to exterior of the building. 4. Provide high voltage power supply to disconnect. 5. Test and start-up unit.
