Administrative Facilities New Asphalt, Pavement, Sidewalks,Concrete Stairs, and New Loading Docks

The project contemplated consists of removing and replacing the railings throughout the facility. Remove and replace sidewalk that is not ADA compliant. Saw cut and replace both lab docks with heated docks added in. Remove and replace existing overhead dock door, operator, and frame. Remove and replace concrete stairs in the parking lot. Install new inlets. Replace remaining asphalt within the facility and repaint the parking lot spaces, including the handicap spaces. Replace two doors on the northside of the building which are the emergency exit doors for the MMSD Commission room.

Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Drainage Structures.
