| Description | The work involves the restoration of an existing exterior plaza area including, but not limited to, the following work. 1. Removal and resetting of existing misaligned precast concrete wall caps and steps. 2. Cleaning out of joints using hand tools and repointing of existing brick masonry. Replacement of broken bricks. 3. Removal of sealant from existing masonry joints and installation of new sealant. Note that mortar joints in precast stair components are to be cleaned out and filled with sealant. 4. Removal and replacement of existing concrete walkway paving. 5. Detergent cleaning of efflorescence from existing masonry walls. |
