Discovery Tennis Court Lighting Assembly

**As of December 27, 2023 bids for this project has been rejected. As of this time it is unknown if and when project will rebid. The Fargo Public School District is accepting sealed bids for a Discovery Middle School Tennis Court Lighting Assembly Project for the District. The project address is 1717 40th Avenue South, Fargo, ND 58104. The District reserves the right to award to any vendor which meets or exceeds the minimum acceptable level of quality as outlined in the specifications. Products that do not meet or exceed the specifications as outlined in the bid documents will not be considered. Prices should NOT include Sales Tax. Do NOT include Federal Excise Tax as the District is exempt. All delivery charges, if applicable, must be included in the bid price. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Bid will be awarded to the lowest responsible bid meeting all specifications. Awards will not necessarily be based on price alone.
