Cass-Pine Log Water Main Phase I

The approximate extent and character of the Work is generally described as follows: Construction of 15,793 +/- linear feet of 12-inch DIP water main and appurtenances. Bidders shall inform themselves concerning Georgia Laws and comply with same. The OWNER is not obligated to consider a Bidder's bid, if Bidder is not on record with the Issuing Office as having received complete Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office. Bidding Documents will be available for review only at the office of Lamont Kiser, P.E., Director, Bartow County Water Department. The time allowed for Substantial Completion for the water main at 150 days from the date of notice to proceed. The time allowed for final completion and readiness for final payment is 180 days from the date of notice to proceed. All Bids will remain subject to acceptance for 60 days after the day of the Bid opening, but Owner may, in its sole discretion, release any Bid and return the Bid security prior to that date.
