| Description | The work to be performed under this contract includes, but is not limited to, Furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to Demolish and dispose of existing dry sprinkler system. Install new wet sprinkler system in conditioned areas of building. Install new dry sprinkler system in unconditioned areas of building. Cut and patch existing ceiling finishes as needed to access existing and new sprinkler systems. Fill unprotected cavities with fiberglass blanket insulation. Install, replace and/or reinstall insulation as needed, per drawings. Replace existing kitchen light fixtures. |
