Description

Demolition of Fire Damaged Structures, all in accordance with plans and specifications, now on file in the Office of the Safety Director. The bid specs will be mailed, emailed or faxed upon request by contacting the Safety Director's Office by call 740-387-5865. Each bid must contain the full name of every person or company interested in same, and be accompanied by a bid bond in the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) or a certified check. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Should any bid be rejected such check will be forthwith returned to the bidder and should any bid be accepted, such check will be returned upon the proper execution and securing of the contract.
