Description

Work will consist of extending the sidewalk that runs through the median along Ridgewood Drive 0.32 miles from where it is currently terminated at Brentwood Drive to Bay View Drive in Lake Forest Subdivision. The overall scope of work shall include the installation of 885 square yards of 5 ft wide sidewalk with curb ramps, pedestrian crosswalks, and signage where required, along with relative grading work and utility relocations to accommodate the new sidewalk. Also included will be installation of sod in all disturbed vegetated areas, erosion control BMP’s, and traffic control to accommodate the improvements.
