(approx. 225 LF) for Removal of existing asphalt trail, addition of 4' wide concrete sidewalk (4"), grading and addition of base material, tree removals and silt fence installation, sod edges of sidewalk, may be some pipe work at existing culvert. New sidewalk grades to cross slope 2% and max 5% longitude slope. 15% for participation by small disadvantaged minority and women owned businesses.
