| Description | The complete removal and reinstallation of isolated cladding materials (generally including Composite Metal Panels, Corrugated Metal Panels and Fiberglass-Sandwich Panels) to conduct repairs to concealed wall flashings. Repair concealed wall flashings in accordance with contract documents. Flashing repair details may require review, input and approval from system manufacturers, to be facilitated/obtained by the Contractor via the shop drawing process. Additional work items include the installation of temporary protections, construction facilities/aids, miscellaneous roofing and coping repairs, joint sealant/assemblies replacement and window repairs. The intent is for all existing facade components to be removed with extreme care and reinstalled. However, Project Allowances are included for limited/subjective use for replacement of components on an as if/where directed basis. |
