Description

Purchase of fertilizer. Such price shall include Contractor’s cost in full for all transportation, labor, materials and equipment used to deliver said material to the point of delivery. The term of this contract shall be from October 1, 2021 through and including September 30, 2022. This quote shall be extended and/or renewed for two (2) additional one (1) year periods, by mutual agreement, provided there are no changes in terms, conditions and prices. The County agrees to provide access to sites as required by Contractor.
