Bid envelope must contain on the outside of the envelope, the Contractor's current Certificate of Responsibility Number and the Contractor's License Number unless a statement on the exterior of the envelope say that the bid enclosed is less than or did not exceed $50,000.00. Bids notes: No oral, telegraphic, telephonic, or e-mail proposals will be considered.
