Description

This project consists of the Contractor providing all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, insurance, etc., necessary to remove and replace the existing asphalt roof, and add gutter guard to existing gutters., located at Wye Oak State Park located at 14214 Old Wye Mills Road, Wye Oak State Park in Wye Mills. Work shall be performed and completed within 60 calendar days of Notice to Proceed. If the project requires any specific type of license, please put the license number(s) on the Bid Form attachment. Please send back ALL documents that require a signature including any Addenum(s). Addendums MUST be signed also. We strongly suggest attending the pre-bid meeting. The job completion time is 60 days and $150 per day for liquidated damages.
