| Description | Labor for: Remove and Replace the air inlet louvers and fill on both cooling tower. Remove and replace the worn fan drive belts on both towers. Adjust tension on motor, inspect the pulleys and return to service. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: 2.1 Contractor shall obtain all need permits for the repair i.e. hot work, confined space etc. 2.2 Contractor shall follow Lock out / Tag out procedures. 2.3 Contractor shall Remove and Replace the air inlet louvers on both towers (this is the fill on the outside of the tower only). 2.4 Contractor shall Remove and replace the worn fan drive belts on both towers. 2.5 Contractor shall Adjust tension on motor, inspect the pulleys and return to service. 2.6 Contractor shall disposal of existing cooling tower fill and site cleanup. 2.7 Contractor shall start up and verify proper operation of fan drive belts and cooling tower. 2.8 Any and all additional parts or repairs not covered will be quoted to the customer at a later date. CTVHCS Service Contract for Temple Bldg 221 Cooling Tower Fill Replacement and Fan Drive Belt Replacement Service Contract for the Olin E. Teague Veterans' Medical Center Temple TX PROJECT # 674-19-2-5065-0940 Requirements: The vendor shall be responsible for Temple Bldg 221 Cooling Tower Outside Louver/Fill Replacement and Fan Drive Belt Replacement at the Olin E. Teague Veterans' Medical Center Temple TX. The vendor shall provide the VA COR with a completed summary report, and list of any new deficiencies. If any other deficiencies arise that are not covered under the full-service contract will need to be quoted at a later date, and provided to the VA COR. The work will not be considered completed by the Government until the VA COR accepts the work. The Temple Bldg 221 Cooling Tower Outside Louver/Fill Replacement and Fan Drive Belt Replacement does not involve connectivity of a device/system to the VA computer network and does not involve sensitive VA data. All service shall be performed at the Olin E. Teague Veterans' Medical Center 1901 Veterans Memorial Drive Temple, TX 76504. The vendor shall provide all transportation and materials to perform this job. The contractor shall be familiar with all of the terms, conditions, and requirements herein contained with warranty items and conditions in the contract. | ||
