| Description | The University of New Orleans is seeking a professional management -company to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the Aquatic Center located at the Lakefront Arena, located on the East Campus of the University of New Orleans. The Aquatic Center consists of an indoor 8-lane Olympic sized pool containing approximately 550,000 gallons of water and an outdoor 6-lane warm-up pool containing approximately 125,000 gallons of water. The Aquatic. Center currently serves as a practice facility for local high school and competitive teams as well as a venue that hosts competitions and is open to the public thru a membership or daily fee. The University anticipates the activation of this Agreement to be December 1, 2022.
